Troop 16 is a scout-led organization. We have over 35 scouts, ages 11 through 17. Our scouts range in rank from newest Scout to experienced Eagle Scout. Troop 16 has celebrated over 20 scouts achieving the rank of Eagle Scout. Our scouts are continuing to earn this coveted pinnacle.

Scouting provides opportunities to meet and work in the community, and to be introduced to potential new hobbies and vocations. Boys will learn skills, take part in adventures, and gain wisdom with these experiences. Achievements are recognized with badges and advancement in rank. At troop meetings scouts learn CPR, fire building, cooking, knots and many other skills. Outings allow the boys to hone these skills and learn others such as marksmanship. The rewards from Scouting are enormous!
