Welcome

Welcome to Cub Scout Pack 105, Schwenksville, PA.  We invite you to explore all the fun activities our pack has to offer.  We are a very active Pack with an emphasis on outdoor activities:

  • Hiking:  We go hiking (~3-5 miles) each month as a Pack.  Cub Scouts earn a hiking stick for completing 30 miles.  Several of our Scouts reach the 100 mile mark over their Cub Scout career.
  • Camping:  We go on 3 weekend family camping trips each year and attend a week of summer day camp.
  • Pack Meetings are generally held on the 4th Sunday evening of each month at Heidelberg United Church of Christ, 251 Perkiomen Avenue, Schwenksville, PA 19473.
  • Den Meetings are held twice monthly to work on earning ranks and awards.
  • Pinewood Derby:  Each year our Scouts and their siblings build pinewood derby cars and race them.
  • Blue & Gold Banquet:  Each February we honor the rank achievements of our Scouts and celebrate Cub Scouting's birthday.
  • Scouting for Food:  Each November our Pack helps collect non-perishable food items for the Daily Bread food pantry.
  • Day Trips:  Our Pack/Dens go on many day trips to exciting places like museums, sporting events, local festivals, etc.
  • Service to Community:  Our Cub Scouts and parents participate in a variety of service projects including trash cleanup, supporting local schools, visiting the elderly, etc.
  • Fun:  Most importantly, we have a fun, hands-on environment that teaches boys and their siblings.  It takes a village to raise a child, and we hope to be part of your village.
